Breadth of Scope

CRC was originally contracted to provide Training Accreditation Consultation Services for the Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). At the close of the contract, OFCCP submitted their application to the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Board of Reviewers to be considered to issue Continuing Education Units (CEUs). OFCCP selected CRC to provide as needed support during the IACET’s review of OFCCP’s application. 

Accreditation Assessment Services

CRC provided a training accreditation expert to assist with the IACET’s responses to OFCCP’s application. We made revisions to the Instructional Design Document (IDD) Template. CRC provided a third-party assessment of OFCCP’s CEUs tracking methods. Revisions and additions were made to OFCCP’s Standard Operations Training Manual to ensure compliance with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/IACET 20-1 Standard for Continuing Education and Training. We supported OFCCP to ensure their training program extended to external learners. CRC consulting on the Learning Management System that was developed for external learners. As needed, CRC provided revisions to supporting training documentation. For outreach and informational purposes, CRC provided an informational video about OFCCP’s ability to provide IACET CEUs.
